To use Google Antigravity IDE, your Google account must be associated with a supported region. This is the primary solution.

Change Your Google Account Region

If your Google account is not in a supported region, you can request a change by following these steps:

Visit the official Google Country Association form: https://policies.google.com/country-association-form.

Check your current account region. If it is already in a supported area, no further changes are needed for the account itself.
If it is not, select a supported region and fill out the application form.
Provide a reasonable justification, but do not mention VPN usage.
After submitting, Google will manually review your request. If approved, your account region will be updated.
